Kalina is famous for being the first captive born orca to be born and survive in captivity. She has had 3 successful pregnancies including: Keet, Keto, and Tuar. She had her first calf, Keet, while being only 6 years old. She is easily identified by a few freckles on the right side of her lower chin and jaw. Her dorsal leans slightly to her left. She also has a nick missing from the bottom of the trailing edge of her dorsal. Her eyepatch appears long and skinny, much like her father
